Maili is priced per connected inbox per month with an included usage allowance. Overage is priced per email in DKK. New accounts get a 7-day free trial with no credit card.

Each inbox gets an included allowance of classifications and drafts per month. Exact numbers are shown on the pricing page. Overage is billed monthly at a low per-email rate.

We use Stripe for billing. You pay monthly in arrears — base subscription per inbox plus any overage. You can download all invoices from your billing page.

No. No commitment, no cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription anytime from your settings, and Maili stops processing mail immediately.

All major credit cards and SEPA payment via Stripe. EU businesses can enter their VAT ID for reverse-charge VAT (0%).
